Eric joined Stroke 9 after relocating to the Bay area in '97. He was born in Queens, N.Y., and moved to Rochester when he was four. His parents realized his potential talent after he received his first drum set at age nine.
Eric grew up listening to a lot of Queen, Led Zeppelin, Rush, and The Police. These influences, along with many years of lessons, helped produce an accomplished drummer. After playing the club circuit in Rochester for too long, he knew it was time to get out. That's when he made the decision to come to California, where he met his new band, Stroke 9.
